U.S. Information Systems believes in supporting our local community through charitable donations. We are particularly interested in programs for the advancement of children's education through technology. All decisions are made at the discretion of USIS and all decisions are final. USIS requires winning applicants to send an evaluation of their program one year after its implementation.

Application Requirements- All applications must include the following:

A detailed narrative describing the planned program

Program benefits, specifically related to technology

Total donation being requested

Criteria and method for measuring program's success .
